Shipping and Delivery Times
For completed orders and receipt of payment by 12 noon, we usually ship your goods on the same day.
Shipping costs
Deliveries within the EU are shipped free of charge for orders over 59 €. For shopping baskets below 59 € we charge a flat rate of 5,90 €. Deliveries outside the EU are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge of €14.90.

For countries outside the EU and EU countries that are not part of the European Customs Union, customs duties and taxes (e.g.: import sales tax) may apply. These customs fees and taxes must be paid by the customer (buyer). We do not charge VAT to customers from countries outside the EU and EU countries that are not part of the European Customs Union.
